Jason is a longstanding member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia, and has settled in excess of 1000 residential loans. Running a successful business specialising in finance to first home buyers enabled Jason and his wife Lucrezia to expand exponentially, by purchasing the 8 year old established business Home Loans and More. This was only possible through hard work, and many successful property investments. Regardless of your goals, Jason can help you to reach them by drawing on his own personal investment experience. Jason holds the title of Certificate IV in Financial Services.
Office Manager – Lucrezia Eitel
Lucrezia is behind the scenes in the role of office manager, responsible for all facets of keeping the business running smoothly, and tracking your loan application. Lucrezia is like minded to her husband Jason with investment goals, and is motivated to see others purchase property. Lucrezia has had a successful career prior to this role in business development, previously with a national company handling finance and insurance solutions to health care professionals.
Assistant to Jason Eitel – Jodie Benwell
Jodie is an important part of the team, ensuring loan applications are lodged quickly and correctly. As Jodie comes from a loan assessing background with a major South Australia bank, she is able to find potential deficiencies with applications prior to submission. This helps with a faster turnaround time for your application. Jodie has a strong banking background, with her career comprising wholly of bank and finance employment.
